REFUND POLICY

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. If your order arrives in more than one package, the 14 days start from delivery of the last item. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, you have until the next working day.

Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with all parts (costume, fan and battery case), ideally in the original packaging.

Free returns
Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. To start a return, email dariimarin03@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, or we may not be able to match your return to your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty (for example, the fan doesn't inflate the costume) or isn't what you ordered, email dariimarin03@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
