Where we ship
We ship to all countries available at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery times
Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen during busy periods, such as the weeks before Halloween and Christmas.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Multiple items
If you order more than one costume, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Customs and import charges
Any duties or import taxes on your order are shown at checkout where applicable. If you're asked to pay anything extra on delivery, contact us before paying.

Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, email dariimarin03@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
